You all know how much I love baths and taking the time to relax. I tried a new Coconut Milk, Lavender & Rose Milk Bath this past week and it was so incredibly soothing and relaxing, I have to share it here.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 1 cup of dried coconut milk
- ¼ cup of dried lavender
- ¼ cup of dried roses
- A few drops of your favorite essential oil
Since I live in California, I’m really lucky that I have roses and lavender that bloom year round, so I picked some fresh lavender and roses and enjoyed them for a few days around the house. When the flowers started to fade a bit, I dried them out along with the lavender for a bath. Once they were dry I added them to a bowl of dried coconut milk with a few drops of lavender essential oil and poured it into my running bath water. Oh my goodness, it had the most beautiful aroma and allowed me to take a bit of time for myself after a long day on set. I hope that you try this concoction and set some time for yourself to unwind and relax.
