Keeping your wooden cutting boards oiled is really important. I try to do this with all my boards once a month. I do a good lemon salt scrub on the board and once it is clean I use unrefined coconut oil and run the oil into the board. It keeps your boards in good shape and it also creates a barrier for bacteria to grow. Maintaining your boards is super easy and it’s a good way to make sure that your food and family stays healthy.
