If you want a recipe that makes it look like you worked all day in the kitchen and is delicious, then this is the one for you. This is the first time I’ve ever made slow cooker ribs and it’s the only way I’ll make them from now on. It was literally the easiest thing ever and came out super tender, practically falling off the bone. This was the perfect recipe to make for my husband, since all I did was throw them in the slow cooker, turn it on low and forget about them. It allowed us to have a great day together, which is what is most important. Try these out this weekend and enjoy spending time with your dad. Happy Father’s day!
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- 2 racks of ribs
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp dried minced onion
Mix all seasonings together and evenly coat the ribs. Place them in the slow cooker with about ½ cup of water in the bottom of the roaster. Set to low and cook for about 8 hours. 30 minutes before serving, coat ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy this tasty meal with your loved ones. Enjoy!
